help finding people to play with

was just thinking is anyone on eso xbox 1 having trouble finding teams to run group activitys with i had a bunch of mates but when they stopped playing i now cant get anything done as im finding it very difficult to find teams willing to help, is anyone else having this issue

    I'm playing a VR3 right now and there are only a handful of other players I run into. Sometimes don't see anyone for hours in PvE zones.
    I don't always drink Skooma, but when I do I go to the Southwall Corner Club. May you walk on warm sands my friends.
