eso.exe Missing after patch

Second time in a row this has happened, this recent patch and the previous. After patching, the eso.exe is missing. After patching, the Play button does nothing. I ran Repair, verified files. Clicking the Play button does nothing. So I navigate to \Program Files (x86)\Zenimax Online\The Elder Scrolls Online\game\client
There is no executable for ESO.
Complete uninstall and re-install was the only fix last time, and now in the process of again.
I have been in ESO since beta, this has never occurred.
