V16 Mats in Orsinium

If I'm understanding the release details correctly, if you have the skills to craft V16 gear then you'll be able to find V16 mats in nodes inside Orsinium. So that means I can just wait instead of spending a ridiculous amount of gold on the currently over-priced mats, correct?

Yes, but it says it'll be kinda like a somewhat rare chance (not Nirncrux rare)
