Xbox/EU/DC looking for vet 16 Dps.

As title mentions, we need a dps really bad. Me (tank), healer and Dps have been doing daily pledges together since vet 1.
We've used whoever was available for second dps usually.
Did find someone decent, but refuses to change his build slightly to accommodate the IC patch.
Us three has made big changes to adapt to the changes and are keen to do dungeons again, but with him we won't be able to.
So we're looking for a dps that understands their build and not only output high dps numbers, but knows when to do what.
We play anytime from 6-10 GMT on weekdays, a bit more on weekends.
