Whenever I am on my Dragon knight character BloodyTalon (PS4 NA) I only receive the movement speed +40% buff. But not the mounted speed +40% increase. Which is weird because my sorc and temp alts don't have this problem. And it's not just in rivenspire. I had same problem in glenumbra and stormhaven
