What's up with Rivenspire?

Hi, since imperial city loading times into Rivenspire have been insane, up to 8 minutes. Not too much of an issue normally as I would avoid the place, now I'm levelling up a sorcerer, have just hit the area and its horrendous, as well as the loading times the lag is insane making it next to impossible to finish quests as I hit stuff and have no idea what happened until it catches up 15 seconds later.
