Error Code 11
I haven't played in months however I am still paying for ESO, decided I'd hop back on check out the new patch and see if I can get interest again...
First off, had huge trouble downloading the patch with "WebGet Help" or something.. But after hours and a couple repairs I got it going. I launch the game and it takes me to a black screen as it would on launch but it gives me a crash report for error code 11..
I've put in a ticket to support almost 12 hours ago.
I am currently repairing again with little hope.
What in the heck should I do?

If you are using a launcher pre-dating December 2014, you may want to try redownloading the launcher on your account page. The launcher has been updated to a new client and using an older one can cause issues with connectivity and cause an Error 11.The Elder Scrolls Online: Tamriel Unlimited - ZeniMax Online Studios
