My response to this message .......

Greetings Racheal

You can delete what you feel you need to. The only reason I was bumping posts was to keep the post on top of the forums in some minor hope/prayer that a ZOS support member would see the issue as no one on the Xbox NA could play the game for about two hours. It did not work :(

ZOS does not respond support emails when servers are down, except for generic nonsense responses. I did email support first and got the generic check my internet response. ZOS does not respond to support forum posts when servers are down. How is the community supposed to inform ZOS when the servers are down?

The game was offline about two hours, which was all the fault of ZOS. No one from ZOS offered any acknowledgement to the community as why no one from ZOS was doing anything to resolve the issue.

I guess it is easier to read old posts and delete bumps than for ZOS to do their support jobs and response when there is a major server issue. Looks like a great way to use support resources for this game. I think the community would prefer ZOS fixes issues.

I tip my hat to ZOS for deleting my bump posts from a thread in which I was trying to get the attention of support. I guess I did get the attentions of ZOS, it was to delete my bumps instead of fixing issues.

If ZOS keeps up this mind frame of support, you may not have a job very long. If the players did not play this game, you would not have a job. So does it make sense to treat the community this way and ignore all the support issues posted on this forum and focus on people bumping an issue thread?

You have already lost my ESO+ subscription due to the worst support. What else does ZOS want to lose due to poor support?

When the next MMO for Xbox comes out, the community will run to it just for the better customer service even if it is not as good. Leaving this game nothing but a memory of poor customer service.

I hope ZOS will change the way the handles the community before it comes to that .....
