The support team wont answer me, ticket's been in for 3 weeks now. I think there is something wrong with my account. My PVE/PVP rewards are bugged or something. When I open chest's in IC, There are often times I get 0 tel'var stones and 77 gold (always that amount of gold). When doing pledges, Opening gold chests always give me the same thing. 2 grand soul gems (sometimes empty) and 78 gold. It's ever since I reinstalled to play IC. I've tried playing on a different computer in case it was my end playing up, same result. Just makes me want to sub cancel. Any suggestions would be highly appreciated.

david271749✭✭✭✭✭Sub cancel. They fired a lot of their support staff within the last few months and are now contracting third party companies to handle support issues. There are many other games out there on any platform you may use that can easily outshine this trash bag of a game in terms of quality and customer support.
