I'm sure I seen in the patch notes that getting gold keys at a lower lvl will give you a chance to get said sets scaled to v16.

Oh_Skrivva✭✭✭No matter what level you are when you get the gold key. The items you get from chest will scale to the level you are currently when you open chest. So it's best to save all your keys until you have reached max level so you can get v16 versions of items.Costco member
