I was about to make a Tank set up for V16 but I was told nirn was useless now since it stacks on only the piece you put it on is this true and also would it be worth putting on a chest piece instead of reinforced? I would imagine spell resistance plays a huge role in the upcoming updates but not too sure

Certainly not useless, it's just not completely broken like it was before the patch. It's still very useful for weapons and a couple pieces of gear, personally on my tank set I put it on chest and legs.

Sweet I'm glad to hear that cause I took the risk on chest and legs and paid off big time love the new set
