What can we expect from Class passive changes in the future? Please can the NB Dev do all classes?

Hi all, in recent ESO live and forum posts from the wonderful Gina, Jessica and more has there been mention of anything regarding class passives? Or was it only racial bonuses that were going to get looked at for an update next year?
That said, I really hope we get the developer or someone similar to them who worked on Nightblade passives to work on passives for all other classes, for example;
This passive helps out everyone very well, especially non-Imperial characters.
This passive is one of the most underwhelming and tragic ones in the game; other passives have received changes since launch yet this one hasn't - is it considered strong? Or perhaps changing this would cause Cyrodiil to lag? Perhaps the reason Cyrodiil lags is because this hasn't been changed!
Sorcerer and Templar could do with some boosting too, but are these something that are intending to happen already?

If you looked at the OP what I saw was someone saying this NB passive was well designed and other class passives fail to meet that kind of standard. Unless anyone mentioning NB's having something good must instantly make it into a nerf NB thread...2 -
