Reflective scale bug and elusive mist

Reflective scales- Doesn't always work after applied, still get hit with projectiles, has anyone else been having issues ?

Elusive mist- I think it was @ZOS_GinaBruno that confirmed it was broken and they would be looking into it, but no word and the bug definitely still applies, your supposed to get an increased movement speed of 40% but you can't outrun anyone, and reduces damage done to you by 75%, more like 10-15%

It is hard to tell, but I seem to have that reflective scale issue from time to time. Even against NPC.

It can't be affecting many others tho as the forums aren't filling up with rage posts
Maybe it's 2 small for people to notice, but in IC I notice it the most when fighting NPCs I can't say the same for PVE but it's definitely an issue for me in PVP.

When scales are refreshed before the time the next one only reflects three not four vs NPC had a friend test this she thinks it's counting Melee attacks to but more testing is needed.
