Fastest way to level post IC?

Exactly what the title asks. whats the fastest way to level and or grind spots now that IC is out? i'm a Vet 6 on the AD Xbox. I want to catch up as fast as possible but so far its been really slow.

mklundub17_ESO✭✭✭The old grind spots are still completely viable. Having said that, after the patch I tried several of the well known grind spots, tried questing, Craglorn/Cyrodiil delves/questing, and public dungeons.
I'm on console so there isn't a way for us to properly compare XP gains, but having done each for 50 minutes with an XP potion I was getting better XP from grinding low vet level public dungeons.Mass Terror
