Can't access servers even though I'm connected to Live

    I wonder if we all submit a support request, it will create a queue alert, which will prompt someone to let us know what the status is. I feel it would help mitigate sentiment right now.

    This is insane, i would at least think they would made some kind of notification, hell a I dont know will work at this point just to know they are trying, either way as soon as i get this months crowns im buying the DLC and dropping plus, because 10% exp is just not worth it at this point, and after the eso plus lock out the other week, i dont want to depend on a unreliable host to play the DLC, especially if they cant even give the customers a response.

    I submitted a support request for the rivenspire lag, they got back to me and saw that I was no longer there, and assumed the issue was resolved. I emailed them back and told them I wasn't just going to hang out in a completely broken area, and the issue was not resolve. Their response... Oh, I'm still waiting or it.

    I think that is what really ticks me off the most. You get some canned message, basically inferring that you are the problem, when that is clearly not the case. Infuriating at best.

    1. Can not connect to xbox live message. I unpluggen my xbox no help. Xbox Live was working on my dashboard.
    2. I could not log on to Elder Scrolls, it let me change my password but then would not let me log on to the site.

    I just spent the last 30 minutes with Xbox support clearing caches and restarting and they tell me it is still an issue with Xbox Live.

    My favorite part is how there's no word from ZOS about this anywhere. If Battlefield 4 servers go down, there's an announcement about it somewhere, on twitter or something, but not ZOS, that's not how they roll.
