eso plus from PC to xbox

I recently renewed my subscription for eso plus only I accidentally did it for PC instead of for Xbox one.
How can I transfer the subscription to my Xbox instead of PC?
All of the things I gave bought on my account on PC aren't unlocked in the Xbox crown store. Is this working as intended? I would like to think since the same game account/username/email I should have access to all previously purchased content including the imperial race. I know that I cannot transfer characters and under the reason but Content purchased should transfer between all platforms. Or at least all the crowns that I have purchased.

Everything you buy from the crown store is just for that mega server even if you buy something in October for na mega server it will not be unlocked in of eu mega server, and is the same for the subscription you have to buy each one for mega server, I don't know if they can transfer your subscription to Xbox

The servers and accounts are entirely separate. There is currently no way to transfer Crowns/Purchases/ESO Plus between accounts.
