If hot air won battles DC would rule all the campaigns.

Clearly, you have never met the Pubes. The Pubes motivates like no other. Everyone loves the Pubes.
Pubes didn't reach v14 until right before IC, simply because ZOS would not allow him to level further, citing server performance issues.

Fengrush chooses to fight alone in empty campaigns because of his greatness. Yet, he must hears his people's cry for help. Lets make our best the emp and see the cry begin from our enemies. Their tears will flood the streets.

Leadership is the first big hole DC has to fill. If Grunt is permanently gone then they've lost one of the very best. Some of us used to follow Big Tone a lot because he knew what it was about too but I last saw him soloing in the Memorial District in Chill I think.'
DC also needs organized guild groups that don't change every week. Players want consistency and dedicated leaders, not some "XYZ" semi-guild that comes and goes all the time. It is somewhat akin to real life. People will follow true leaders. Finding those kinds of people is the difficult part.

No. It's all part of EP's master plan to get DC frustrated to the point of quitting and then taking over the server completely.
Part one, run around like chickens with our heads cut off to convince AD and DC that we have no leadership.
Part two, zerg and gank until both other alliances get sick and tired of it and move into the IC.
Part three, zerg and gank in the IC (and on our way to the IC) to frustrate AD and DC players into going into Haderus or a non-vet server.
Part four, ????
Part five, profit.

And I SPECIFICALLY challenge our savior, our lord, FENGRUSH to come to Azura. There is no excuse my lord -- Your glorious leader Prett was seen by my own eyes yesterday. It is time to restore the balance.
AND I ALSO CHALLENGE THE BICEPS OF THE COVENANT Prince Pubes. YOUR BANTER IS NEEDED, for you have proven yourself capable of forcing our enemy to bend the knee with your words alone.
Let it begin. There will be blood. God wills it.
I do miss leading PvP groups but don't plan on going back to it for the time being. I'm having fun doing small stuff in sewers and IC, but pop my head in the Overworld every once and a while. I'm sure I'll go back to large scale PvP eventually, but I like what I'm doing now too. Daniel I miss working with your crazy ass and some of the other DC guilds that were on Azura when we won that campaign three straight times. You guys held down Azura for a while before we got there too.

EP has no shortage of strong guilds and strong personalities to rally people. Most of DC's 'senior' players apparently all up and quit out of sheer boredom or frustration for likely very trivial reasons. One DC friend of mine I haven't seen in over a month, and she herself stated she was sick to death of 'herding pugs'.
DC can either resign itself to being supervised by their Pact overlords, or they can fight back. Players are going to have to take it upon themselves to make something happen. DC might very well have to start over from scratch as far as elevating veteran players.
