Pvp daily - issues - please help!

Hello, I sent a ticket but since it's been more than 24 hours with no replyes from the devs in-game or email,etc I'm requesting any help I can get from anyone willing to help me. I'm unable to get the PvP daily at the cyrodil board, the typical triangle above npcs,boards etc isn't showing up for one of my characters. I've checked my journal, tried resetting tutorials but nothing. I have this character for a couple months now so I can't remember if there is anything to do with the tutorial quest when you enter cyro for the first time ( Not sure if I've done it, either way the quest "welcome to cyrodil isn't showing up").

Please if you guys know any way to fix this or if there is a dev out there please enlighten me.
