ps4 eu, imperial city lags badly after 30th sept maintenance

Is it me or is lag worst after the ps4 maintenance?
I have 2 internet connections, 1 a 500mbps and the other a 1gb, from 2 different isp in my country.
But the lag is just horrible, unplayable and i keep disconnecting in cyrodiil and imperial city with either of those 2 connections its the same.
