VR 1 looking for PvP/PvE guild to run with

Howdy guys my name is Gilleathain and I am a fresh VR 1 newbie. I am just looking for a PvP/PvE guild to run with and before you ask, YES, I am still undergeared with some level 40+ gear but enough I can handle PvE on my own well enough. And sorry guys I am only looking for active guilds with at least 100+ members. I do run my own but we have a very tiny amount of players.
Skills: I am specced in Heavy Armor, Two handed weapon, Aedric Spear (DPS) Restoring Light (Healing) and Blacksmithing
Time Zone: My time zone is CST -6:00. I am an American and 6 hours behind most of the UK players.
Communications: I do have a headset and use it often, however I only speak English fluently. I can understand some German and speak it a little but that is it.
