Vamp/Sorcerer/High Elf Build - Need Help

Since the patch has anyone found a better build than the one i am currently using? I also need a build for Overload that i want to use as well.HELP PLEASE!

Why do you have the same abilities on both bars? We can start there

I've had quite a bit of success with this:
Bar 1 inferno destruction staff in sharpened with unresistible damage enchant
Mages wrath
Crystal frag
Degeneration
Crushing shock
Velocious curse
Clouding swarm

Bar 2 resto staff defending
Healing ward
Combat prayer or mines (depending on grouped or solo)
Streak
Boundless Storm or harness magicka
Hardened ward
Ice comet

The increased amount of healing is to combat sheildbreaker users and the increased 8% damage is helpful. I also use health restoring immovable pots. I also use the theif mundus stone so I don't use inner light in pvp (just not enough room on both bars).
