v16 Looking For [AD] PVE/PVP End Game Guild

+I've completed both VICP and VWGT as a tank, working on the time trials for them now.
+Very interested in a core guild, or a guild with a few activities in a week. (Such as ICS farming, SO raid running, or vwgt/vicp small groups.)
+I'm very active.
+I have 2 characters, 1 v16 DK tank, 1 v16 NB stam dps. (The NB is not ready for vicp/vwgt, however)

-While I have patience for training new players with dungeon mechanics and working with them a little bit, I'd rather party with players who are quick learners or are active learners
-I dont have very much gear set for pvp, but my NB alt can run it as dps effectively (but not the best ~ 12-16k dps, nothing very consistent yet. still learning the weave)
-I wont be available for guild activities every single time, but I will do my best to get into most of them.
