So maybe there are good reasons to why eso didnt add text chat yet

Maybe they have to follow a policy with the consoles and add filters and they probably need to hire more moderators to moderate consoles which they may not ahve money to do? Or at least if they can hore is not up to them but maybe mucb higher up in the company?
