Mutagen morph clarification.

I am very confused about the mutagen skill from the tooltip and I need clarification on what exactly it does.
it says that if an ally is under 20% health the HOT is consumed which I assume means negated
On the contrary it says <20%health allies are additionally restored blank health which by that means the other effect was still active
please help me understand as this can mean the difference

Allyhoo811✭✭✭Basically, it just means that if an ally that is receiving the HoT from Mutagen dips below 20% health, the HoT time effect will stop and be replaced by an immediate heal of X amount. The thought being that that particular player is getting ready to die and needs a bigger boost to health right at that second rather than smaller heals that maintain his/her health over a period of time.Edited by Allyhoo811 on September 29, 2015 3:01AM5
