Some Speculation and some questions on logic.

Ok was bored sitting here thinking about this so here it goes ( may be a bit random)

First - Why all the grinding for mats ( I don't mean TV stones)? If Orsinium is going to have the same level cap wouldn't those mats be part of the terrain once it is released? I believe the only reason they are rare now is because we don't have access to the land they come from. Now - Days of grinding, Later - Hours of farming, Ahh I don't know just a thought.

Second - How is it that most of the folks that seem to hate this game so much are, for the most part, the same ones that are so far ahead of everyone on CP and TV stones? Over 1000 CP,,,, yep you really must hate this game. Or tens of thousands of Tel Var Stones Nope, you never play. I haven't got 200 CP yet and barely cracked 9k TV stones and I've been here since the beginning.

Third - Poll after poll has shown Most of the players like to play Solo and/or Group PvE most of the time. True or not, Why do you think IC is a bench mark of how well this game will do in the future? If Orsinum goes as I expect (2 or 3 times as many sales at the least) I think ZOS would have found their future market and rest of the map will begin to open up as promised when the game was launched. If not, well then I agree this game would be dead.

Reply to mine, add your own or just skip it. What can I say I needed something to do while I was finishing my food.

Generally agree with your thoughts, however you really should have more than 9K stones by now.

If you start solo, carrying 100 stones, then after a round or two clearing the 3 rooms closest to your base you should have about 500-600. That's like 15-20 minutes of play. Bank 400-500, you have ~1000 saved after just two runs.

First. The large amount of mats needed for V16 gear, was supposed to equal the amount of time needed to get V16 gear from drops. It is some kind of way to balance crafted gear and loot drops.

Second. Some people like to min/max their builds. These builds tend to be very good for their type of play, whether that is AOEing groups down, single target ganking or whatever. They earn a lot of CP XP AP gold with these builds, when things get nerfed these folks cry the loudest, even when they are miles ahead of casual players.

Third. Polls don't mean much. People who are having fun are out playing the game. People who are mad about one thing or another, are here posting rants and polls.

I quit playing once I got the district quests done as I no longer had personal incentive due to level caps not changing for Orsinium. I'll wait and hit cap there. I went from a fresh VR14 to 15 1/2 in a matter of days. If I kept playing I'd be capped before Orsinum hit. Oh and I finally picked up Dying Light when it was on sale and have been spending most of my time on that for now. It might last until Orsinium Comes out. Never played it before now, so plenty still left to do in it.
