The woes of lorebook hunting

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0pdJ6WXWoDM&feature=youtu.beSo far, this has proven to be the most difficult lorebook to acquire. Took me about 5 minutes to find the sweet spot. I've encounter plenty other seemingly inaccessible lorebooks in the game though. Really wish ZOS would fix this issue.

@KhajiitiLizard This wasn't a Mage's Guild lorebook, but rather one for the edicate memory collection.
