Item Disappearing, ZoS avoiding subject

Hello, since a few weeks item start to disappear from my equipment, for me it's hat (another guild mate jewelry). I can't find them in my equipment or in my inventory.
So i ticket ZoS and explained my problem, they mail back saying i deconstructed accidentally but that's false...

The very same thing happened to others guild mate.

So here i post, i hope this way ZoS can't no longer avoid to recognize another bug in their game.

I pay a sub and i wonder why service is so crappy, most of tickets solve nothing and give fake answer to avoid working on problem...
