Is there a place I can go to review the formulas used for calculating how effective each skill is? Such as 'skill1' does x base dmg^(.75 character level)+(stamina/2) etc. Also is there a place I can go to review up much mitigation each point, in for example armor, offers?

Maybe a ZOS rep can give us the tables? I know of no place they exist. Right now I feel like I'm being left to my own devices to figure out how things work. When I started playing I thought leveling a skill tree was how you made skills more powerful because it wasn't stated anywhere that I saw that max stam/health/mag was the primary means of boosting skill strength. I don't want to go down that road again I just want to learn exactly what I should expect out of race/class/skill combinations BEFORE rolling instead of after and being left disappointed.0
