Hi,

I have a question about above mentioned network component.

Does Level3 is hosting EU Servers and does Zenimax or Level3 is responsible for this component.

Because of the performance problems caused via this components lots of player from Germany with Unitymedia ISP gets during the play unacceptable performance levels.

This component cause 1512ms ping time which is unacceptable for an MMO.

If you can tell us this component controlled by Level3/Zenimax or the ISP at least we will know where to report the problem because at the moment we have no idea.

Below the traceroute results from my computer you can see there, this component causing the problem.

You can also see in the following threats the amount people from this problem effected.

Take notice (maybe look in german forum from time to time?), contact Unitymedia and sort it out please.

This is why there is the meme "Murica" for stubborn, egobrained ***...

As you could have read in the OP he did take a look and linked two existing threads. Also, Unitymedia has been called by innoumerous german players, but their CCAs hardly have a clue who's responsible.
On top he provided all necessary information regarding the issue. All he asks for is an acknowledgement or a peson in charge he can contact!

I should have started my post above with "ZOS," to make clear who I'm talking to.

It was ment as a bump for the OP, because there is no reaction yet, not here and not in numerous threads in the german forum. Looks like they don't care that ESO is unplayable for many germans since days! Maybe Unitymedia is responsible but ZOS could and should help their players, atleast talk to us.

Sounds like a problem with your ISP unfortunately. And yes I know this is from September
