Regeneration effects no longer appear

My food buffs show up like they did before the update (i.e. anything that increases max health, stamina, or magicka); but the buffs that increase my rate of regeneration no longer display on my hud. Before the update, the buffed attribute(s) would have little arrows moving across the bar to indicate increased regeneration, but now I see nothing. I looked through the options, but it looks like the only bar you can affect is the one that appears above your head. I'm still receiving the buff, but can never tell when it's worn off. It's aggravating!

I agree. I'm not sure why that effect was removed, but it is aggravating.
