Perpetual loading screen becoming a regular issue...

Quite a number of times now I've spent more than 10-20 minutes in a loading screen between locations. This really isn't good enough when I'm paying for a plus subscription. Most of my money I spend, I want to enjoy the experience of playing - not sitting on load screens that resemble load times of a Commodore 64 tape deck...
