Console BWB non vet DK, sets/skills for SnB/2Hnd?

So I'm soon to vet out on my stam sorc and my next BWB class will be my level 12 Orc stamina DK. I've never played DK before, most guides are for post vet/PvE and the pvp set ups are All post vet. I know in BWB with the battle leveling a lot of set bonuses/armor/weapon levels etc make very little to no difference so I was thinking of good sets to use. I was thinking of the Dragonguard set for the static 4% healing taken and the 5 piece 15% ultimate cost reduction, I've already purchased a full level 20 set(and can use till 50, is that how it works?, because the level/etc don't change your stats in non vet) and was thinking of crafting a 5 piece Willow's Path for the 5 piece 15% all recovery. Would I be better off with all 5 of the willow's in medium armor for now? or is 5-7 heavy ok even in non vet when your recoveries are low? I thought of Dreugh King but it takes three armor slots and so can't add the Willow's.

I'm curious if anybody has any ideas on better sets? And maybe a little help on skill/morph selection for a pre vet pvp DK using the SnB/2hander? I'll use DW now and then but I have a hard time imagining it working better than rally/WB etc until much later? Anyhow, any help from the DK guys/gals would be much appreciated! thanks!

I used to play with a setup quite similar to what you are thinking of.
Akaviri is great for dks. I tested to combine it with Hundings rage, willows and arena and I felt most comfortable with willows. As second weapon I used a masters 2 hander (which I luckiely got from my second end of campaign reward), but any other 2 hander will do fine aswell.
Another option would be the hide of the werewolf set (minimum level to drop is 29). As this set has rings + 3 medium armour pieces, you could use any crafted weapon along with it.
You should defenetly use at least 5 medium to get the weapon damage passive. Additionally you could use 2 light for some magicka recovery as you won't benefit much from heavy on the non vet campaign.

For skills you need to figure out what works for you. My setup was something like this, but you could change some of those skills for scales, executioner, silver shards, vigor, caltrops or any other skill you like.
