Is this a good combination?

I'm making a Stamina DK build, and was wondering if 5 Heavy Hundings Rage wit 2 Medium Night Silince will work?

Or are there any better combinations for a decent Tank/DPS build?

I use to run that on a Stamplar that was pure dps. I'm not sure if that would work very well as a dps/tank hybrid as there are much better tanking sets and those don't really do much on that side of things. Hmm, I don't know, I'll let the experts weigh in, I am very limited on my DK knowledge.

If you're using 2 crafted sets, what you can do is divide your armour 3/4 and your weapons 2/1 respectively. Then, you'll get the 5 set bonus from one set with one weapon equipped and the 5 set bonus from the other with the other. Just a thought.

P.S. You do know that the 5 piece passive does not actually require you to have those 5 pieces of the same set, right? Any combination of 5 pieces heavy will do.

I use 5 hunding's and 5 Alessia's bulwark and it working really well. I'm a templar though...

Ok, cool. Well I think Hunding's rage is a pretty good bet anyway. As for the other set, I'm using Orgnum's scales on my "defense" bar (S&B), which gives a big boost to health regen if you have 5 pieces. I'm going to try out Twice borne star, but apparently the set-flip trick doesn't work there as you need to wear 5 pieces of it at all times

Not that Ive tried but if I was to make tank/dps, I'd go for heavy armor, and weapon power instead of weapon crit.

I use 5 med hundings and 3 Dreugh King Slayer (neck is Dreugh King.....plus 2 heavy).......tons of weapon damage there. Stamina cost reduction or weapon power on neck/ring/ring.....or a mix of those.

I run Vipers sting daggers up to Vet14........lots of crit.

Not really a tank build though......more of a tank support/dps build.
