DEV HELP Crafting writs problem

I just completed my current writs for blacksmith woodworking and clothing and they were for my current material level. When I got my next set they were for materials two classes higher!? Since the ip has been decreased from stolen items how am I suppose to increase my crafting levels by ten levels to complete my writs if I can't get ip from writs?
