Cyrodil- Scroll only opens when population is balance

hi guys , unbalance population make the cyrodil pvp so bad..
so can we make somthing like ie DC Gate for the scrolls can only be open once the required keep is taken and the DC faction has the same population by the invading faction...
and emperor can only be crowned once circle keeps has been captured and all faction population is close to each other and can also be dethroned when all faction population is close to other faction?

EIGHTS✭✭✭✭Elder Scrolls aren't important. You see those AD don't care about their scrolls.
Why do we worry about scrolls?

✭The problem is that the DC will never have the population of either of the other two factions. Yeah, I know. It's killing PVP but the devs don't seem to be able to figure out a way to fix it.2 -

✭If it was balanced then you would whine why isnt everyone defending the scrolls, sometimes players just dont care and they do something else. Im slightly annoyed by night-capping though. Cyrodil isnt that big deal, you get some lousy rewards.Edited by Sausage on September 25, 2015 12:29PM0 -

✭✭✭I pvp majority of the time "GO DC!".
There are many problems with DCs Alliance
1. Everyone wants to be a team leader and do their own thing.
2. Most times they have no strategy at all.
3. Most players don't bring sieges or soul gems to the fight.
I don't know how many times I have seen in chat, "Come help, the outer wall is almost down". I get there and they have 1 siege and 4 players. This never ends good, especially if you are trying to take on EPs Mega Zerg.
One thing I would suggest, which I do many times, is try to promote "PvP" outside of Cyrodiil. There many players that don't even know they can PvP before level 50.
I wish they would change the reward system, reward players more that help repair keeps. Its very hard to repair walls when some players don't help out. Not sure what they are doing with their AP, maybe buying armor I don't know. The AP they give us repairers is not enough.

✭Raguna This one has seen tailed ones in DC. This would be the imperial game package would it not?
However it is very befuddling to Khajiit how one can be a slave one year and an Ally the next. It seems that backstory selection with alliance selection could of been better thought out.
Each faction should of had an Elf technically Orcs are elfish in accordance with lore. Alas it is to late for any type of racial realignment in the alliances. So it is what it is.

I say that would be bad for the ppl who lay pvp due to having to wait to take a scroll its like were here oh but cant play because they don have ppl to defend. that's kinda the idea strike when the enemy isn't looking sort of thing

✭✭✭I have played PvP way to many hours. But this is how I look at it.
EP - Has the Zergs. I don't know how many times I said in chat "Holly ####, we need help!" . When I play I see many EP zergs. That is the only reason I think they win our battles.
AD - Have some hard hitters, I'm assuming they are more experienced players. They also have strategy. Majority of the time they will create a big fight in one location, but their primary goal is something else. Like break a keeps wall on the opposite side of the fight.
DC - Has allot of problems, but one thing I can say is am proud to be part of DC. DC has the heart of a fighter. We will not back down and will fight till the end, and get back up and fight again. Its amazing what we do when we all pull together and fight Team Orange.

Team Orange is just a term we use when we are fighting "EP ( red ) and AD ( yellow )" at the same time. Which is the case most the time.

EP has zergs and tenacity
AD has zergs and experience
