ESO Plus Account not showing active in buffs. Oh And still no crowns

After I downloaded the last patch my ESO Plus account does not show up as active on chrtr buffs. I went to my X-box account and it shows active and have another billing cycle on 10/10 > The game also shows that I need to buy IC even though I'm an eso plus member as well as no crows for the last few month. It seems that last months 14.99 was not well spent at all.
