I notice 3 things in ESO due to lag:

1) other characters appears to fast travel or blink around

2) combat lags causing health display to not agree with amount of damage dealt and causing combat motions to be choppy

3) choosing dialog options when speaking to NPCs often takes 10 seconds for the selection to register

Hello,

I have the same Problem. I have a very good Internet Connection. Everything Woks well.Watching Netflix or playing other Games.

Only ESO ist lagging badly on PS4. I startet to play Eso the first time two Days ago. Maybe it has something to to with the Imperial City DLC/Update.?

Could be the NA servers. Playing on EU and not facing any problems.
