Listing something for sale, taking money, and not giving what was payed for?
Sounds against the law too me.
Why would I pay 15$ a month for ONE DLC update when I could buy it straight up for that price and have it FOREVER. 1500 crowns is the definition of ESO Plus, without it nobody would purchase this garbage. 10% bonus? No.
For over a week, many hours, I've been battling with your support for what I purchased fully or a refund and I get neither. I shouldn't have too spend one second out of my time for what I was charged for. Now I'm 1/3rd in a month that I couldn't have the advantages I could have had with my crowns.
I think it is on purpose to make people actually purchase crowns to get the DLC instead of saving their ESO Plus crowns. "Do I give up on ESO Plus and just buy the DLC and let my membership run out?"
Too top it off, my credit card company says only you can do something about it, they will not refund.
Now let's watch this thread be deleted or moved where no one will see it.
