Here's why (excuse my french, at least for the moment)
My first point and the one I feel the strongest about
Trials don't scale...
Ok I understand you are working on a new Arena and a new Trial with the Orsinium update that's great I hope it is even more challenging than Sanctum before it was narfed. Back to the present I did Sanctum with a pretty well stacked group the other day and it was unbelievably easy... Adding to my point that this content is a joke. This game is catered not to casuals but to [snip] that don't think about their characters and are completely unable to understand how this game works. So now that sanctum is a cake walk for the people that were already doing it and now that it's been back barred to carebear mode furthering the ease people will have in this new game mode... until and if... a biiiiig humongous if... they ever decide to scale the content
New Dungeon Content has been Narfed into the grave
You narfed the new dungeon two [snip] weeks after releasing them... are you kidding me? Did you even think for a second that maybe the reason these dungeons were so "hard" for people was because they were flying into the new content half-cocked halfway geared and then came to the forums to cry about how hard they are getting their *** pushed in because they didn't come prepared and/or they didn't strategize and come up with tactful ways to do the new content
But wait there's more...
Now people are one shotting bosses because of a bug you have chosen not to hotfix LOL... and I pray that you know about this sorc clannfear tank i've been hearing about (for the group wiper known as Planar Inhibitor)

Something I actually like
I like that I can take a PvE raid and xerg Sewers
thats cool the spawned bosses with set locations are a little squish and by a little I mean alot which is [snip], however it would give some trouble to a 4 man (maybe introduce a group cap in sewers?)

Oh! and another thing I noticed, and kinda smallish thing but big at the same time, i've noticed you have done away with the max magicka max magicka weapon crit BS you have been pulling for a very long time so KUDOS on that
A last minute point as to why it seems people are exploiting so hard
Other than the fact they can't effectively do the content the grind for the people that struggle through the dungeons is INSANE a full (actual) clear can take up to 2 or more hours for some less experienced groups which is nothing bad but when it takes some people upwards of 3 or 4 runs to get one drop that is a little ridiculous
I really really like the system GW2 has in place where you do the dungeons and you get tokens (dungeon specific) you can spend on dungeon specific gear sets
A simple thing you could do is this, let's use Spindle as the example... Each dungeon has a unique currency for spindle it would be gargoyle heads that you can spend on a Hat at an undaunted vendor I also like the idea of "Undaunted Marks" that would be awarded from all dungeons and could be used on various assortment of potential items
