Safe Way To Trade Via Mail? [PS4]

I'm doing a trophy deal with a Daggerfall player and we want to trade each other 39 trophies, fair deal.. but we can only request gold on delivery, so if we both put 60k gold on delivery with the trophies, would that work, yeah?

To limit risk, what you could do is each send them COD with the value of the stones as the requested amount. For example, if you both agree that the trophies are worth 60k gold, then you would send your trophies COD and request 60k gold, and the other player would do the same. If any part of the transaction fails, at worst you will have bought the stones at a price you agreed was fair (although you may have to wait 30 days if the other player really wants to make you suffer). Of course this is not ideal, but it is a good alternative to being completely screwed.

Here is the worst case:
You receive his trophies and send 60k gold. He waits for your mail to expire making you wait 30 days to get your trophies back.

Unfortunately, the best way to go is to do the trade in person if possible.

@HewbrewHatchet, yes that makes perfect sense tbh. We just did the 60k COD trade and it went smooth!
