Hey guys, for the past few weeks I've been working on a video build for NB Damage Dealers , so here it is:
The build works perfectly for the new content "'Imperial City"' and here are two examples how it performs: Video 1 / Video 2

    GREAT BUILD!

I run an almost identical build with just a few tweaks to suit my playstyle and get very similar results in numbers.

I spec into refreshing path instead of twisting so I can work it into my healing build as well. So, when I do want my max dps output I throw on destructive clench or entropy where you have path.
Since I am still one of the only people I know with a full spell power cure set with almost perfect traits, I end up wearing 5 spell cure, 1 molag, 2 torags, 3 willpower. This does lower my numbers a bit, but I find it to be worth it for everyone else's numbers (especially in groups where you can basically count your healer or tanks as dps themselves).

If by the grace of God, I find myself in a group where someone else is wearing spell power cure, then I do put on my 4 pc overwhelming, 2 pc nerien'eth, 3 pc willpower, 2pc torag's. Nerien'eth does some amazing things to my AoE numbers.

I am also able to fill the healer role in almost any group by just putting a resto staff on instead of swords, and using the exact same skill build you posted above except take away proxy det for healing ward and replace twisting path with refreshing path. I typically do this in my 5pc spell power cure setup as well.

This comment is more to agree with you than anything and just provide additional input as to the flexibility of this build.
THE BUILD POSTED ABOVE WORKS!!! If you are having a hard time on your magicka nb, you should definitely take the advice from the post above!

He's the healer Tamriel deserves, but not the one it needs right now. So we'll hurt his tank. Because he can heal them to full. Because he's not our hero. He's a silent guardian, a watchful rejuvinator. A Cloaked Healer.

Yeah i love this magicka nb now. I have currently been using 4 Overwhelming, 2 Nerien'eth or 2 Kena, Kena for single target, Nerien'eth for AOE, and 2 Torugs. I acquired my 5th Scathing piece yesterday, they are a mix of infused/divines, would prefer all divines but im not gonna complain ^^. Will test that *** out soon!

With over 40k magicka, would a 2H sword not be better than DW, with the heavy weapon passive giving 5% more damage? I think the increase over DW is very minimal, but still an increase.

right now, yes a 2h sword will be slightly better, but next week, dual wield will be better in every way again.

They fix a dual wield passive that increases your damage dealt by 5% if you have 2 swords equipped.
