Wall of elements goes thru block for sure but its root proc rate is weird.0 -

Wow, I'm glad I read this, because I had a fight with another Sorc earlier today, and my Frost Clench wasn't doing jack to keep him in place. He wasn't roll dodging or anything.... it was very confusing! Presumably he was spamming his Ward just like me, though, so I guess he was blocking it without even trying.#CAREBEARMASTERRACE0 -

For the record, I don't believe they ever acknowledged, let alone fixed, this "feature."
ZoS, if you decide to have your combat team investigate this skill, have them also look into:- The DoT not being applied to shielded or blocking opponents.
- The new lackluster animation that looks just like a light attack.
- The nerf nobody asked for from stun to knock-back, the latter a terribly bad CC effect
- The cost to damage ratio which was questionable, even with a Master's staff and assuming the DoT actually effects the target.
Make Rush of Agony "Monsters only." People should not be consecutively crowd controlled in a PvP setting. Period.1 -
