Quick question on Stat Scaling in Cyrodiil

M4life
M4life
This is the scenario:

I have a imperial nightblade VR1 with all my attribute points into Stamina and im using tri stat food. In pvp i have around 37.5k health, after the battle level scaling and all that.

My friend is a wood elf dragonknight VR1 with all his attribute points into Health and hes also using tri stat food. However in pvp he only has 33k health.

Our gear is exactly the same and both of us are using health enchantments on our gear.

At first glance you might say well its because im an imperial that i have more health. Well ok so lets do the math on that:
Take his 33k health X 12% = 36960.

Ok fine but that still doesnt make sense because hes investing 49 points into Health which is 5978 where as all mine are into stamina. If he were to put all his points into Stamina like me hed have only 27022. Which when u do 27022 X 12% = 30264 which is no where near my maximum health.

In my mind shouldnt we have close to the same health or even shouldnt he have more then me since hes investing into health?

Does anyone have a clearer understanding of why this might be or if im overlooking something can you point it out please?

Attribute points don't get included in battle scaling.

Essentially all battle leveled/scaled players become one generic build with the same base stats, these stats are only affected by % bonuses such as racial passives (imp 12% hp and 10% stam) or skill passives (such as heavy armor 7% health boost or medium armor 12% damage boost)

Until you hit vet 14. Some people like to stack percentage stuff until they hit the higher levels to take full advantage of the battle leveling.

Interesting but as i said when my friend puts all his points into stamina he has even less health around 27k so clearly attributes are playing a role.

Whats confusing me is right now im an imperial with 37k health zero points in health stat. If i didnt have the 12% health boost id be at 33k health.

But my friend who has all his points in Health still only has 33k health. Shouldnt he be at 33k + (122*49) since hes putting all his stats into health?

No attributes play no role! Just try it for yourself, go in with zero and add 30. No difference. Until you turn off battle leveling.

Imperials get a percentage health buff as do Nightblades with Shadow powers on their bars.
    Chaos Shadow-Scale: Shadow Archer
    Chaos Death-Scale: Shadow Knight
    Tanks-With-Sap-Essence: Dark Mage
Dark Brotherhood Listener: Blade of Argonia
    Chaos Dragon-Scale: Draconic Shield Master
    Chaos Light-Scale: Marsh Paladin
    Chaos Lightning-Scale: Daedric Master
    Hurricane Chaos: Storm Archer
    Bask-In-My-Light: Warrior of The Light
    Forged-In-Dragon-Fire: Pyro Mage
Guardian of The Hist: Light Mender
Chaos of Black Marsh: Master of The Burning Sword
Star of Chaos: Frost Blade Champion
    Chaos-Lightning-Tower: Lightning Shield Master

Points dont matter in the ZOS power leveled template.

Power level to CP160 in a week:
Where is the end game? You just played it.
Why don't I have 300+ skill points? Because you skipped content along the way.
    Where is new content? Sigh.

So, just to be clear...... while battle levelled,

    you do receive...
    - 5 piece armor bonuses
    - you do received % increases from 2-4 piece bonuses, but not the flat increases
    - buff from Food/Drink
    - % increases from Mundus Stone

So, do you receive any benefit from Armor/Weapon traits?
Will 5 heavy armor with reinforced provide more Physical Resist than... Well Fitted?
