Where is the specialized team looking into my issue with ESO plus crowns?
It took 6 days for me to get to the point where I was told that a specialized team was looking into my issue concerning my eso plus crowns. It's been 6 days since I received that e-mail telling me that a specialized team was looking into it and I still haven't heard back from anyone. 12 days now. It's been 12 days since I contacted you guys about this and still haven't seen anything done, still have 0 crowns. What is going on? Is there anyone that's actually going to help me?
