Phoenix Set Bug [IMG]

I've read several threads and posts about Phoenix set being bugged. Right now it's been around 10 days since I've gotten full Phoenix set and since then I have never encountered this bug. I considered it to be rather rare as it wasn't happening to me. Just a couple hours ago as I managed to get Xivkyn Dreadguard polymorph, I left IC and traveled though Cyrodiil with this polymorph on (I am only pointing this out that it just might have something to do with the set bug)

Then I encountered a large group of EP near bridge from Alessia to Sejanus Outpost, with my polymorph on and Phoenix passive ready, I died - well not really. I didn't even go into stasis/phoenix stance, as I was able to move around freely, while my health didn't go lower than 1. I quickly realized what's going on and took some screenshot, hoping to post it here and have ZOS look into it as I'm not the only one that has had this issue.

This state of immortality lasted for around 40 seconds as all these EP players were just hitting me hard as my FTC was marking all the incoming dmg as I'm "Immune" to it - referring to a scenario where you try to deal dmg to somebody in Phoenix passive.

I tried to jump off the bridge and hopefully get eaten by Slaughterfishes but by that time the bug lasted out, my passive finally activated and I died right after.

There's a fix coming for this set in this weeks patch.
