Annoying bug with knockdown.

When you knock down an enemy, especially if it is an NPC, your ranged abilities such as fire staff attacks or Reflective Light, will often just disappear into the ground without hitting the knocked down enemy. It's been like this forever but they never fixed it. In short, the bug is: "ranged attacks often miss knocked down enemies."
