Stamina NB build?

I'm looking for a PVE dps nightblade. I would prefer it stamina based. I am currently a level 17 wood elf if that makes a difference.

Wood Elf is a great Stam NB choice. 21% stam regen will be helpful. I'd start with 2H and Bow, then work on dual wield. Try to get Rally on 2H asap, its is an amazing abiltiy.
    Wood Elf Stam NB (PVP)
    Redguard Stam Sorc (PVP)
    Altmer NB (DPS)
    Imperial DK (Tank)
    Redguard DK (DPS)
    Altmer Templar (Healer)

    EP - PS4

I main a Wood Elf Nightblade Stamina DPS and I can switch to Tank when needed.

My suggestion to all low level characters would be to level EVERYTHING. Put skills on your bars, level them, then put new skills on. Put pieces of all armor types on too, max those out to 50. Level all class abilities too.

Then when you hit endgame you have everything leveled so you can focus on setting up your build how you want.

I have a V10 sorc who has maxed out every weapon, class, armor skill line and almost every guild skill. With the IC update, I re-morphed most of the my skills the other way to level them. Then later I can choose whatever I want.

I'm Wood Elf DW/Bow and found the bow very weak early on. But, once you hit 30 or so, it seemed to be much more effective. I also learned to sneak behind an enemy and pick off the healer. Once more bow skills open up, it gets better.

The most frustrating thing is that I was getting mowed over against any boss. Learning to block, roll, use your shadow skills (DEFENSE) seemed to be as important as attacking. Also, I'd recommend keeping your weapons/armor as current as you can and find food/drink or learn to cook so you have that boost that'll help vs. a boss.

I've not played PvP yet so my experience is limited and I seem to learn something new every time I play. I will say Stam NB has been fun but it's also all I've played so far. ;)
