Where can I buy vet 16 glyphs for my armour? I can't can't craft them. :(

    Guild stores! Check your faction home city and Craglorn Belk. For EP Deshaan and Rawlka are good spots.

    If you have the Imperial City DLC, you can buy vr16 potency runes from a Tel Var Stone merchant in the IC base for your faction, and then ask other players to craft a glyph for you with that potency rune. The tri-stat Essence Rune (Hakeijo I think) is a very rare drop though, so nearly always only available at high prices from other players.

    I have been on 12 man raids to kill Molag Bal numerous times, more than a dozen at this point, and I still have exactly *ZERO* of these in drops. Lots of 5 trophy drops, but never one of these. I've heard there are treasure gobli.. er, scamps (yeah that's so different..) that carry them as well. Again, I killed many of these and haven't seen one of these runes. Is there any other place they drop?

    Hakeijo doesn't really drop from Molag Bal although there is a small chance of it. It actually drops from Trove Scamps and those are hard to come by and are even harder to kill if you are on your own.
    Far too many characters to list any more.

    I have gotten 2 so far, one off Molag and another off a Trove scamp.. they are out there...

    Picked up a Hakeijo off Molag last night, can't confirm how rare that is but it does drop
