Removing the fog
I read somewhere that if you remove the fog in the game, it improves the graphics immensely. I tried using the ESOLauncher but I'm not managing to install. Is there any other way to do this? Maybe through some file in the ESO folders?

Yes, this is correct. Consoles cannot be modified via addons in any way. This is a limitation put on ZOS from Sony and Microsoft.
