Transforming gear

With Imperial Edition comes possibility of transforming gear to (surprice!) Imperial style. Yes, description states "most". So question is: Why, for the sake of gods, we can remake sets of Imperial City (including not-visible rings and necklaces of Agi/Endu/Willpowah), while PvP-specific like Blessing of Potentates or Alessian is unchangeable!? To remind - Alessian is Nord style...

✭✭✭✭✭Eh, I'd wish they added a crafting-station powered gear style reforging/recarving/resewing for all learned styles.
Costing some resources, style materials and tempers, with an destruction chance that can be raised by using more stuff, just like temper improvements... perhaps even dependent on crafting skill level... and then allow that for ALL gear, no matter what set.
And pop the couple not yet available styles into the game too (yokudan, akaviri, draugr, ashlander, perhaps even one-set-styles like lich or worm cult...)
Heck, I wouldn't even mind if they made that so resource-demanding that it'd be a real pain in the a... uhm... arm? And then sell a shortcut in the crown store to appease the money grabbing suits...1
